Police obtain donation for Orangeville Food Bank

Your Orangeville Police Service has obtained a $5000 donation to assist citizens in the community through the Orangeville Food Bank.
The Orangeville Police Service received a $5000 donation for the program from Mr. Theodore Papadatos, a community minded supporter of the Orangeville Police Service.

“We are grateful for the generosity of Mr. Papadatos. The Orangeville Food Bank and its many volunteers continue to provide an important and valuable service to our community. We are proud to be able to support the efforts of our community partners”, said Chief Wayne Kalinski.

On Thursday, March 22, 2018, Mr. Papadatos and Chief Kalinski presented a cheque to Orangeville Food Bank officials.

“We are so fortunate to have the support of Mr. Papadatos and the Orangeville Police Service. Through food drives, donations and focused attention on the Food Bank they make a tangible difference in many lives. A heartfelt thank you to OPS”, said Orangeville Food Bank Executive Director Heather Hayes.
