First look at Travis Kelce as game show host in new trailer

(WJW) – Kansas City Chiefs tight end and Northeast Ohio native Travis Kelce is stepping into a new role off the field as a game show host!

Tuesday morning, Prime Video We released the first trailer for his upcoming show “Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?” It will premiere on the streaming service on Wednesday, October 16.

The new program, hosted by Kelce, is “Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?” spin-off of the program.

“Each game will feature an adult contestant who will rely on a class full of celebrities from the worlds of stage, screen and sports to help them answer 11 questions on a variety of topics drawn from the elementary school curriculum in order to win a $100,000 prize,” Amazon MGM Studios said in a speech. Press release when the show was announced.

trailer Kelce said that in the program attended by Sophia Stallone, Nikki Glaser, Garcelle Beauvais, Ryan Fitzpatrick and many other celebrities, the contestants tried to answer questions “about the things we all learned in grade school.”

At one point in the trailer, Kelce is asked about his major in school.

“Criminal justice,” Kelce joked. “If I’m going to go to school, I can learn not to go to jail.”

The series, which has been ordered for 20 episodes, will air weekly on Prime Video as part of Winner Wednesdays.
