Everything customers need in one place: The Blanco Unit was designed to make daily life in the kitchen easier, especially important in more compact spaces.

Designing any small space requires more careful consideration as it is a space that must accommodate food preparation, cooking and baking, and cleaning and cleaning afterward.

But from layout and cabinet selection to storage and lighting, there are many practical tips and ideas that will make designing a small kitchen enjoyable.

Making the most of every square millimeter is of course key to maximizing space. First, I try to identify awkward or wasted areas, including odd angles or lost space behind deep kitchen units or under the kitchen sink. This helps ensure that each space has a practical purpose that is fully used.

This is where the prep triangle comes into play, and connecting storage or the fridge, stove, and kitchen sink a few feet apart will ensure the kitchen flows at its best.

Make sure that the general circulation in and around the room does not interrupt this preparation triangle; because this can make even a small kitchen look more spacious and thoughtful.

German manufacturer Blancospeed saving products

Counter space is at a premium in a small kitchen, so I’m a fan of anything that can help keep the counter clutter-free.

The Blanco Unit, combined with the brand’s state-of-the-art Choice beverage system, does just that. Choice combines the Choice Icona semi-professional faucet with Choice. Whole water conditioning unit to deliver sparkling, boiling hot, chilled, filtered and unfiltered water. This saves counter space by eliminating the need for kettles, bottled water, and soda devices.

Once the countertops are clean, you can turn to smart storage and organizational solutions to ensure harmony.

The space under the sink is often messy and disorganized, but Blanco has solved this problem with waste and organization products that fit seamlessly into standard base cabinets.

With easily accessible bins for waste and recycling and portable storage bins for cleaning products, as well as an Orga shelf that provides storage space in front of the sink, you can turn the walk-in area under the sink into a tidy, productive workspace.

Blanco understands that the aquatic center is more than just sinks and faucets, so it offers designers integrated elements like countertop organizers, matching soap dishes, cutting boards and strainers, and removable over-sink rails that can hold pots and pans.

No matter how small the kitchen, clever storage and accessories like this can double the function of the water tank, making it a space that looks stylish yet is fully functional.

As an architect, it is important to have options that suit different kitchens and customer preferences. I can trust Blanco to deliver beautifully designed and well thought out products in a variety of styles and finishes to suit any kitchen.
