We want a rematch in January

Based on the Seahawks and Lions’ recent games against each other, sign us up for Round 5 in January.

Seattle and Detroit have met in four consecutive regular seasons, combined for 312 points (78 points per game). The Seahawks had won the previous three meetings by nine points, including the last two before Monday.

Both offenses combined for 905 yards on offense (656 passing, 249 rushing) and 59 first downs, including Seattle’s staggering 38, in a matchup that saw both offenses fall just shy of tying the NFL single-game record. It was explosive again. By the Saints against the Cowboys in 2013.

Jared Goff’s perfect play serves as a reminder of Lions’ potential

The former No. 1 overall pick had a perfect game, going 18-of-18 for 292 yards (16.2 yards per attempt) and two touchdowns, and added another score on a seven-yard reception.
