Actas and Bandai Namco Pictures announced: Wistoria: Staff and Sword will return with its second season. Check out the teaser announcement and the key visual shared.

After the Season 1 finale broadcast Wistoria: Staff and Sword It was announced this week in Japan that the Magic Fantasy series will return with its second season. The announcement was made with a teaser trailer and was shared alongside a new image confirming that Season 2 is already in production. Unfortunately, no release date has been announced yet.

It is produced by Actas and Bandai Namco Pictures. Wistoria: Staff and Sword It is an adaptation of the Japanese manga series written by Fujino Omori and illustrated by Toshi Aoi. Set in a world where magic reigns, the story is about a boy who is very talented with swords, but has no talent in magic.

All 12 episodes are available to stream, most with English dubbing and subtitles. The last two episodes are available with subtitles but have not yet been dubbed into English.

Wistoria: Staff and Sword directed by Tatsuya Yoshihara (Black Clover), also serves as a series composer for Actas and Bandai Namco Pictures studios. Character designs by Sayaka Ono (BASTARD!! -Heavy Metal, Dark Fantasy-) and music by Yuki Hayashi (My Hero Academia).

The manga began being serialized in Kodansha’s shonen magazine. Bessatsu Shonen Magazine It finished its first episode in December 2020 and in May last year. Its chapters have been collected into 10 tankobon volumes as of June 2024. For those interested, Kodansha USA has licensed the manga for English production. The series is described as follows:
