Motorists traveling from New Jersey to New York over the George Washington Bridge are experiencing major delays heading into Monday morning rush hour, according to transit service alerts.

As of 7:12 a.m., there were still 90-minute delays on the upper level of the bridge due to a previously disabled tractor trailer, according to Port Authority warnings. Cars and buses were directed to the lower floor, but according to warnings, there were delays of approximately 30-45 minutes.
