Fall Walk Announced to Remember BSB Racer Chrissy Rouse

The family of late British Superbike racer Chrissy Rouse are holding a march to mark the second anniversary of her death following an on-track crash.

At the time of the accident, Rouse was 26 years old and a much-loved member of the paddock, as well as a high school math teacher and a highly successful podcast host of Chasin’ the Racin’.

The walk is organised by Chrissy’s sister and she invites anyone who wants to join her to what she describes as a ‘special place’ the family have visited. The 3.9 mile circular route goes around Roseberry Topping, includes the Captain Cook monument and also ends at a pub – a must on any countryside walk.

The walk is not a fundraiser, it is an opportunity for people who knew Chrissy or just enjoyed her adventures on and off the track to come together, enjoy the view and hopefully make what could be a very difficult day a little easier.

Chrissy’s sister is asking those who want to join the walk to go to the Facebook event page, which will make it easier for the family to keep track of how many people are joining the walk.
