Police seek assistance with stolen boat investigation

Your Orangeville Police Service is looking for information regarding the theft of a boat, motor and trailer from a Centre Street residence sometime between October 4th and 5th.

On Sunday, October 8, 2017, the victim contacted police to report that his Legend boat, Honda outboard motor and Watermark trailer had been stolen from a Centre Street residence.
The victim reported that the items were last seen in the late afternoon of Wednesday October 4th but were found to be missing from the residence in the late afternoon of Thursday October 5th.

A second Honda outboard boat motor was reported stolen on Sunday October 8th.
The victim reports the motor missing between 11:00pm on Saturday October 7th and 9:00am on Sunday October 8th. The motor was taken from the victim’s boat which was parked in the driveway of his College Street residence.

Police are continuing their investigation and are asking to hear from anyone who may have information regarding the two incidents.
