Police investigate break and enter at public school

Your Orangeville Police Service is investigating a break and enter incident that occurred July 1 at Spencer Avenue Public School.

On Saturday, July 1, 2017 at approximately 11:00pm, police received a report of an intrusion alarm being activated at Spencer Avenue Public School located at 15 Spencer Avenue.

Police attended the school and found a door to be ajar. Police cleared the building and found no one inside. A witness reported seeing what was believed to be two males running from the building prior to police arriving on scene.

The suspects are described as white males, one with long blonde hair wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and khaki pants. The second male suspect had black hair wearing a green hooded sweatshirt and black pants.

Police are continuing their investigation and would like to hear from anyone who has information regarding this incident.
